For clarifications or for detailed reports of illegal conduct, significant pursuant to Legislative Decree dated 8 June 2001, no. 231 and based on factual and concordant facts, or violations of the organization and management model of Italcost Srl, of which you have learnt about as a result of the functions performed, you can contact our SUPERVISORY BODY, writing to the registered office of Italcost Srl (addressee: Organismo di vigilanza Italcost S.r.l.) located in via Sicilia, 66, Rome (00186), or by sending an email to odv@italcost.com.

In the context of the reports received by the SUPERVISORY BODY through the proposed channels, the confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person is guaranteed in relation to the management activity of the same report.
